There are the main purposes for this assignment:

1. Analysing, Designing, development and management of ICT solutions
2. Business analysis, Business Process Automation and Entity Management
3. Installation of the web site application (PHP, IIS, inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies, Document Management System and in scripting)
4. HW and SW installation
5. Development of quality infrastructure with a strong participation from the customer/user side
6. graphic design of electronic information, guideline, catalogue, online training material
7. Design and development a network
8. Configuration of  the  web site  in  cooperation  with  the related personnel  from  the MoFSP and Ankara University Developmental Pediatrics Unit
9. Training for the system administrator(s),content provider(s), trainee(s)

This assignment will also include working with the officials and working groups of relevant partners, planning and organizing workshops when/if necessary.
