- The aim of the project is to design, re-design and software development including management of a “3” web portal with open source environment incl. support module , online data gathering and database management and registering regarding the regulation on cost sharing under central heating systems, Additionally, the development of web-based search/query windows and web-site design according to new web site design for environmental data management. In adition, to design, develop, installation, management and maintenance of a multi-user and multi-layer web based data collection application and survey tool for collecting and management of any kind of data and environmental data with a strong participation from the customer/user side
- In addition, the web portal will have a link to a current Database for monitoring of reporting
